• Prices displayed on our website or independently quoted are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of any applicable local sales taxes.

• All transactions will be charged in Australian dollars, your payment facility will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency upon purchase.

• All major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal payments are accepted and will be processed by our secure payment gateway upon checkout.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

• Once payment has been made, either via our website or invoice, the order is deemed to be accepted and refunds, returns or exchanges are not available after this point for a change of mind.

• In a circumstance where a repair, replacement or refund is required or there is necessity for compensation for damages and loss, your case will be reviewed, and a resolution provided within the framework of consumer rights and guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Please note that compensation is not available for the loss of packages deemed ‘delivered’ by our carriers. These losses may include but are not limited to packages left when an ‘authority to leave’ is in place or an incorrect delivery address has been provided.

• Please contact us  as soon as possible if you have any concerns regarding your purchase.

REFUSE to supply

• At times, market conditions such as high international exchange rates or the cost and risk associated with freight, can make it difficult for us to supply a product. In these instances, we reserve the right to refuse the supply of products if it’s not in our best interest to do so.
