Our long-awaited Introductory workshop series is here!
In this class we’re inviting aspiring knitters of all ages to join us as we explore the first steps in knitting.
With a hands-on approach to learning, this class is all about getting comfortable with your needles and building confidence working with yarn.
Over 1.5 hours our knowledgeable and gentle teacher will guide you through the foundation skills that knitting requires and offer discussion on selecting needles and yarn for your first projects.
The atmosphere will be relaxed and inclusive of all abilities. We look forward to sharing our world of knitting with you!

CLASS INCLUSIONS
1.5 hours of guided learning and hands-on instruction
Complimentary tea/coffee and afternoon tea from our cafe
An invitation to join us at the communal table after each class to sit’n’knit

Knitting Skills: Casting-on, knit and purl stitches, casting-off
Introduction to yarn and needle selection
Introduction to project planning
SUITABLE FOR
Beginners of all ages (we suggest children under 12 be accompanied by a participating adult)
SKILLS REQUIRED
No previous experience required
WHAT TO BRING
Nothing, we’ll supply everything you need for the afternoon
*Please feel free to bring your own needles and yarn if preferred

Maximum of 7 participant per class.

Cancellations will only be accepted 48 hours prior to the commencement of the class.
The class is scheduled to be held on the first floor at 16 Station St Frankston, access is via stairs. We are always happy to accomodate any accessibility requirements, please let us know upon booking and we can provide an alternate location.
