Schacht Spindle Co.’s Inkle Loom is perfect for weaving bands and belts.
It has a generous warp length of 2.5 meters, an open side for ease of warping, and a tension bar with an easy-grip knob for fine adjustments as you weave.
With an all timber construction, it is built for years of heavy use. The silky smooth hard maple is left unfinished for a clean and crisp aesthetic that will appeal to the modern weaver.
It comes fully assembled, and with the inclusion of a Schacht belt shuttle and 25 pack of weaving cards you can use it straight out of the box!

YARN SUGGESTIONS
For inkle loom weaving look for yarns that have the following characteristics: smooth, strong and relatively inelastic. Perle cotton (also known as mercerized cotton) in size 3/2 or size 5/2, embroidery floss, cotton rug warp, linen or firmly twisted wools are all suitable.
